In 2025, the new version of the national standard "Shaft Diameter of Sliding Bearing Integrated Shaft Sleeve" will be officially implemented, which is the first revision of the standard since its release in 1989. The core of this revision is to expand and optimize the series of shaft diameter sizes, adding five new shaft diameter sizes of 13, 17, 19, 24, and 63 millimeters, filling the size gaps in key ranges such as 10-20 millimeters and 60-65 millimeters in the original standard. The newly added sizes of 13, 17, and 19 millimeters can accurately match the shaft diameter requirements of miniaturized devices such as micro DC motors and drone servos, while the 63 millimeter size is suitable for the commonly used shaft diameters of some pumps, fans, and other general machinery. This standard is also strongly associated with four mainstream shaft sleeve product standards, including sintered shaft sleeves and thermoplastic shaft sleeves. Designers can directly match the standard shaft neck diameter after selecting the shaft sleeve material, greatly improving design and procurement efficiency.
