Hydraulic components achieve breakthroughs in multi scenario technology, empowering heavy-duty and intelligent equipment upgrades

Since 2025, multiple targeted hydraulic components have been developed and applied on a large scale, covering multiple fields such as multi axis transportation, mining, and intelligent equipment. In response to the characteristics of multi axle transportation with a large number of axles and heavy load capacity, the developed suspension cylinder has overcome the problem of multi axle heavy load synchronization, adapted to the transportation of hundred ton large items, and effectively solved problems such as uneven force distribution on multiple axles and rapid tire wear. Suitable for hydraulic columns in coal mines, it achieves breakthroughs in constant resistance support accuracy and anti offset load capacity, and can cope with harsh working conditions such as high pressure, strong corrosion, and high dust underground, ensuring the safety of the roof of the fully mechanized mining face. At the same time, the new electric servo cylinder breaks through the pain point of limited control accuracy of traditional hydraulic cylinders, and performs excellently in closed-loop control accuracy and dynamic response efficiency. It has been matched with automation production lines, new energy equipment and other scenarios. In addition, a hydraulic component using a ladle steel plunger structure has a tilt angle of 21 °, which is more compact than the industry standard. The minimum stable speed can be as low as 2rpm, significantly improving transmission efficiency.
